Department description

The Department of Neurology of the Hospital Jihlava is a complex inpatient and outpatient department of the regional type. We provide diagnostics and treatment for patients with a wide range of neurological diseases, we also perform special diagnostic and treatment procedures within highly specialized centres (for patients with ictus and for demyelinating diseases), as well as centres for the treatment of spasticity, migraine and headache. We operate 38 standard beds and 8 ICU beds (with Ict Unit function), all ancillary neurological examinations (EEG, EMG, EP, ultrasound) and a paediatric neurological outpatient clinic.
